Upper Body Boot Camp Work Out

boot-camp-monmouth-countyYesterday in Zone 360 Boot Camp we concentrated on upper body exercises.  The incline dumbbell press is a great exercise to shape the muscles of your upper body.  This move primarily works your chest muscles but it also helps to shape and define your shoulders and triceps.

Use a slow and controlled movement to perform this exercise, making sure to get the full range motion by feeling the stretch in your chest as you lower the weights down. As you push the dumbbells up and extend your arms, lock your arms at the top briefly to ensure you have full control.  Lowering the weights should take twice as long as raising them to get the full benefit of the exercise.
