Eddie Albert’s Cross Training Boot Camp

Renowned Monmouth County personal trainer Eddie Albert shares clips of his unique cross training boot camp on Instagram.  Albert, a former body builder, long time personal trainer and CrossFit athlete developed the program which combines strength, cardio, conditioning, agility, coordination, plyometrics and more to reach fitness enthusiasts of all levels.

The cross training boot camp can be scaled to any fitness level by simply lowering the weight used, reducing reps or speed and providing modifications for exercises that are not appropriate for some individuals.

Participants utilize a variety of different exercises including kettle bell swings, box jumps and barbell thrusters for a true cross training strength and conditioning workout.
