Power, Speed and Agility Training

strength-training-njMatt is a high school athlete participating in our Olympic Lift training program in Monmouth County NJ with Eddie.  He plays football and is using the Olympic Lift training to increase his explosive power, overall strength and speed.  Olympic Lifting can accelerate an athletes improvement on many fronts.  Unlike isolated lift movements (bicep curls, tricep push downs, leg extension, etc), Olympic lifting conditions the muscles to work together in multiple planes of movement as they do in sports activity. The lifts learned in our training sessions will activate nearly all muscles at some point in the movement making the exercises more closely related to how athletes will need to perform on the field, on the court or on the ice.
