Learn The Olympic Lifts

Do you want to learn the Olympic Lifts like the Power Clean, Hang Clean, Clean & Jerk, Snatch, Power Snatch, Squat Clean and more?  Eddie Albert, a fitness expert for 25 years and personal trainer, teaches the techniques needed to master Power and Olympic lifts at his Cross Training gym in Ocean, NJ (Monmouth County).

The Olympic Lifting training program consists of a warm up, instruction on how to perfect the power or Olympic lift being featured, a brief exercise to find your maximum weight for the lift, and then a challenging workout incorporating the lift you just learned along with other plyometric, gymnastic, strength and endurance exercises.

This training program is excellent for athletes and anyone who wants to take their strength training to the next level.
