Bonnie Cioppa – Director of HEAT Training Program

The HEAT high intensity interval training program was created by our very own ‘Princess of Darkness’, Bonnie Cioppa.

She will take you through highs and lows of light weight and body weight movements as well as boxing, dumbbell work, burpees, jumps squats, ball slams and more.  This program has the energy to keep you alert and in-tune with the workout.  There’s never a dull moment and certainly never an opportunity to be bored of the same old routine.  Bonnie writes her workouts fresh and new each time you come.

The idea is to continually “shock” the body as research demonstrates that it is the most efficient and effective way to improve your cardiovascular system, lose weight and build muscle. This circuit training program is less than one hour and guaranteed to spark up your metabolism for the remainder of the day.
