What Does A Zone 360 Work Out Consist of?
It differs every day. Each day we target different body parts (upper body or lower body) while adding in the necessary metabolic conditioning to help you shave off excess fat and blast calories. Our program incorporates TRX suspension training, Olympic lifting like deadlifts, cleans, snatches, and push presses, body weight movements like air squats, burpees, box jumps, pushups and sit-ups, and metabolic conditioning elements like tabata and speed and agility work and some traditional dumbbell work as well.
