The training found in our Olympic lifting training program for NJ athletes more closely mimics the experiences they will face on the field, on the matt or on the court. Power and Olympic lifting conditions the muscles to work together in multiple planes of movement and trains athletes to be able to transfer force with speed, precision and form. The lifts learned in our training sessions will activate nearly all muscles at some point in the movement making these types of exercises much more similar to sports activity.
Our Olympic Lifting program at Ultimate Fit Zone in Monmouth County, NJ also integrates powerlifting moves, gymnastic exercises (pull-ups, muscle-ups, toes-to-bar, etc), flexibility training, balance, coordination and more. Olympic lifts will encourage discipline when training, a skill that is required by any individual wanting to achieve the maximum results from their weight and sports training.
These sports training sessions are currently held every Monday @ 4pm, Tuesdays @ 7:30pm and Saturdays @ 11:30am.
