Underground CrossTraining combines strength, speed, agility, endurance, and flexibility into a comprehensive underground style fitness training sport.

Underground CrossTraining at Ultimate Fit Zone mixes weight training with several forms of gymnastics, endurance training, speed and agility conditioning and more.  All of the movements incorporated in each CrossTraining regimen are based of of real, functional movements that our bodies were meant to perform.  Whether it be Olympic lifting, running, throwing, pulling or jumping– CrossTraining will help you develop these skills to your max fitness level.

Underground CrossTraining in Monmouth County
